This is the method I use for all international orders except Canadian orders (Canadian method is detailed below).

First, you must sign up for service with a freight forwarding service firm. My preferred partner is Bongo International.

After you sign up for Bongo International service, you will receive a valid US mailing address. Once you have your Bongo US address, you can then use my normal PayPal buttons found throughout the website.

Important: You must specify delivery to your Bongo US address during the PayPal checkout process.

With this method, there is no surcharge on your Randakk order so long as you specify your Bongo US address on your order.

I then ship your item via US Priority Mail to your personal mail address at Bongo's US mail center. Bongo then expedites the item to you. Extensive tracking capabilities are available depending on the destination.

Bongo charges a fee for their service, but it is a high value service. Bongo ships using expedited commercial international carriers like DHL and UPS. This circumvents the inefficient national postal services found in many countries throughout the world.

International orders that do not specify a US mailing address will be cancelled and refunded.

Effective July 10, 2010: Canadian customers can use the PAYPAL Buttons throughout the website. For Randakk's purposes, Canada is no longer considered an international destination.

During checkout, specify your normal Canadian ship-to address. There are no longer any surcharges on Canadian orders.

Caveats for Canadians:

I ship Canadian orders via US Postal Service AirMail (First Class). This usually provides 4-11 day delivery to most Canadian destinations.

Important: No tracking service is available for this class of mail service. If you require tracking service, then you must use the Bongo method detailed above.
