10:00 - 12:00 noon: People Choice Bike Show & Voting

Everyone votes for their favorite 3 bikes in attendance (other than their own). Bike Show participation (and voting) is open to registered Rally attendees only. "People's Choice" format according to these rules

Location: Main City Parking Lot…across street from Cumberland Inn.

Noon - 1:00 PM: Lunch (Independent Activity).

1:00 - 2:00 PM: Tech Session - Q&A with noted early GoldWing expert Pete Boody.

2:00 - 3:30 PM: Randakk's Cycle Shakk Product Expo

3:30 - 6:00 PM: Afternoon Ride (Independent Activity). See Recommended Rides

6:00 - 7:00 PM: Free Time (Independent Activity)

7:00 - 9:00 PM: Dinner (Independent Activity).

Saturday, May 16th

8:00 - 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Independent Activity).

9:00 - 9:15 AM: Concours Event Pre-Judging Welcome and Kickoff (Courtyard)

9:30 - 1:00 PM: Concours Event Judging.

(Concours participants should remain near for questions by the judges but they cannot stay with their bikes)

10:00 - 11:00 AM: Tech Session - Q&A with noted early GoldWing expert Howard Halasz

11:00 - 12"00 noon: Free time

Noon - 1:00 PM: Lunch (Independent Activity)

1:00 - 2:00 PM: Tech Session - Q&A with Randakk, Pete Boody & Howard Halasz

2:00 - 3:00 PM: GWRRA Classic Wing (SIG) Seminar - conducted by Bob MacBird, Membership Enhancement Classic Wing S.I.G. Representative

3:00 - 5:00 PM: Afternoon Ride (Independent Activity). See Recommended Rides

5:00 - 6:30 PM: Banquet (coupon required...location TBD)

6:30 - 8:30 PM: Awards and Guest Speaker - Mark Mederski

 

Rally Concludes!

Notes:

1. Registration Check-in will be available only at the two designated times. There is no meeting planner working this event...only me + Pete and Venita Boody. We will all be engaged in various activities after 10:00 AM on Friday. Plan accordingly.

2. Registration materials will include:

- Coupon required for "Meet and Greet" on Friday.

- Coupon required for Saturday night banquet

- Numbered headlight sticker for People's Choice bike show voting...affix to your bike's headlight at 12:00 o'clock position.

- 3 sequentially numbered ballots for casting your vote for the People's Choice Trophy per these "rules."

- Raffle ticket

3. Required Release Form: A signed release form will be collected from each Rally participant at Registration Check-in. Click here to download and print.

4. Complimentary Rally T-Shirts will be distributed at Registration Check-in.
