Friday, September 25th

2:00 - 4:00 PM: "Early" Registration Check-in. Pickup Attendee Package (see note 1...location TBD).

5:00 - 7:00 PM: "Meet and Greet" - Randakk provides a large cooler with assorted liquids under the tent (no riding afterward!)

7:00 - 9:00 PM: Dinner + Free Time (Independent Activity)

 

Saturday, September 26th

8:00 - 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Independent Activity).

9:00 - 9:30 AM: "Late" Registration Check-in. Pickup Attendee Package (see note 1).

9:30 - 10:00 AM: Welcome

10:00 - Noon: Tech Session I- Ignition Tuning Clinic by ace Honda mechanic Ross Davis and Steve Seamans (aka "Whiskerfish")

Noon - 1:00 PM: Lunch (Independent Activity).

1:00 - 2:00 PM: Bike "Judging."

Bike Show participation (and voting) is open to registered Rally attendees only. "People's Choice" format according to these "rules"

Everyone votes for their favorite 3 bikes in attendance (other than their own) in both classes:

stock and non-stock (that's 6 votes total)

2:00 - 4:00 PM: Tech Session II - Ignition Tuning Clinic by ace Honda mechanic Ross Davis and Steve Seamans (aka "Whiskerfish")

4:00 - 6:00 PM: Afternoon Ride (Independent Activity). Randakk's Recommended Rides here

6:00 - 7:00 PM: Free Time (Independent Activity)

7:00 - 9:00 PM: Dinner, Awards and Guest Speaker - Randakk (coupon required...location TBD)

 

Sunday, September 27th

8:00 - 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Independent Activity).

9:00 - 10:00 AM: Tech Session III- Q&A with noted GoldWing expert Howard Halasz.

10:00 - Noon: Morning Ride (Independent Activity). Randakk's Recommended Rides here

 

Rally Concludes!

 

Notes:

  1. Registration Check-in will be available only at the two designated times. There is no meeting planner working this event...only me. We will all be out riding after 10:00 AM on Saturday. Plan accordingly. Registration materials will include:
    • Coupon required for Saturday night banquet
    • Numbered headlight sticker for bike show voting...affix to your bike's headlight at 12:00 o'clock position. Self-select either "stock" or non-stock" class.
    • Sequentially numbered ballots for casting your vote for the People's Choice Trophy per these rules.
    • Raffle ticket
    • Jacket patch
  2. Required Release Form: A signed release form will be collected from each Rally participant at Registration Check-in. Click here to download and print.
  3. Complimentary Rally T-Shirts will be distributed at Registration Check-in.
